Product Information
Our honey is raw because it's never heated above the natural temperature of the beehive (approximately 35°C/95°F). We extract it directly from the honeycomb and strain it only to remove wax particles, preserving all natural enzymes, pollen, propolis, and nutrients. Unlike commercial honey, we never pasteurize, ultra-filter, or add any ingredients.
Manuka honey comes from bees that pollinate the native Manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium) in New Zealand. It contains a unique compound called Methylglyoxal (MGO), which gives it exceptional antibacterial properties. The MGO rating indicates the concentration — higher numbers mean stronger antibacterial activity. Our Manuka honey is independently tested and certified with genuine MGO ratings.
Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of pure, raw honey. It occurs when glucose separates from water and forms crystals — this doesn't affect quality or nutritional value.
To decrystallize: Place the jar in warm water (around 40°C/104°F) and gently stir until smooth. Never microwave, as this destroys beneficial enzymes.
Store honey at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption. Do not refrigerate as this speeds up crystallization. Properly stored, raw honey never expires!

Every batch is independently tested by accredited laboratories for MGO content, purity and authenticity, microbial safety, pesticide residues, antibiotic residues, and heavy metals. All test certificates are available upon request.

Pregnant women: Our honey is safe to consume during pregnancy.
Children over 12 months: Safe for consumption.
Infants under 12 months: Honey should NOT be given to infants under 12 months due to the risk of infant botulism. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have specific dietary concerns.
Absolutely not. We never use pesticides, antibiotics, or any chemicals in our beekeeping practices. Our hives are located in pristine, remote areas of New Zealand, far from agricultural chemicals. All our honey is tested to ensure zero pesticide and antibiotic residues.

Issues & Support

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there is a quality issue or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we'll work with you to resolve the problem.
