Temperature Note: If your honey crystallizes during shipping (appears grainy or solid), this is a natural process. Simply place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid form.
Customs & Import Duties
International Orders
When ordering internationally, please be aware of the following:
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country
- Customs Declarations: We provide all necessary customs documentation with your shipment
- Clearance Delays: Customs clearance can add 1-5 business days to delivery times
- Import Restrictions: Some countries restrict honey imports. Check your local regulations before ordering
Important: We cannot predict or control customs fees. These are determined by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery Issues
📦 Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund
📭 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails:
- Courier will leave a notice
- Arrange redelivery with the courier
- Or collect from local depot
🔍 Lost Package
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days:
- Contact us immediately
- We'll file a claim with the courier
- We'll send a replacement once confirmed
❌ Wrong Address
If you provided an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately
- We may be able to redirect if not shipped
- Reshipping fees may apply
Shipping Restrictions
What We Cannot Ship
- Russia & Ukraine: Currently no service available to these countries
- Mexico: Not included in North America shipping zone
- PO Boxes: We ship to physical addresses only (depending on courier)
- Remote Areas: Some very remote locations may have limitations
